A Wisconsin Welcome??!!

Only in Wisconsin could somebody visiting from out of state be jailed for trying to do something RIGHT!! OKAY, Fine, it may not be the the only state in the Union where such screwed up behavior is considered appropriate(within the "line of duty")! Why is this such a big deal? Allow me to explain the pathetic nature of the whole story! I will remind everyone reading this that I do have the Right according to the United States Constitution to say whatever I wish provided, it is true and is not conveyed in a threatening manner, I believe those are my First Amendment Rights, let me Check......If you were to research the First Amendment Freedom of Speech is included in that list.(OK, Fine, So it wasn't the Constitution, it was Amendments to the Constitution, or THE BILL OF RIGHTS: AMENDMENT 1 "Congress shall make NO law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise there of; or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.") I don't know if that was left out of the WISCONSIN Constitution, or recently removed by the power hungry elite, but until I am informed otherwise, I will defend whats Right and speak against whats Wrong! I will not live in fear of my government, especially when they are wrong.
A couple friends of mine, Billy "BAD BOY" LeRoy and his Lady Friend Liz(If you don't who she is, just ask Trooper J.Brandau, Officer 2494), were on their way to help out at a charity event in Milwaukee, WI,(Wheels 4 Chad, as seen on WTMJ 4) when they committed the heinous crime of having a broken heater, a "cracked" taillight(NOT DEFECTIVE) and Yes, I did drive behind them for quite awhile, while we were in transit... and "too much" tinting on the window's. Come ON, Wisconsin, do you honestly expect everyone who crosses your borders to know ALL your LAWS, or just Native Americans with their girlfriends?! Is that how you want to be known for treating your guests? Perhaps, Wisconsin would like to be known as a state that TAKES money from charity events, depriving the handicapped of the beneficial activities of Americans with Heart's that actually get used for something other than pumping blood. Whether there was a challenge with Liz's Driver License or not,( and she admitted there was) was still not reason enough to take their last $200.00! Which in turn resulted in Chad Murphy Price and the 5Fs Festivus Foundation leadership, being good enough cough up $186.00 of benefit monies to bail Liz out, when ALL it would have taken was for that Patrolman to put himself in their shoes. Billy and Liz did get to Milwaukee, and we did have a great time! Our "Law Enforcement Officials" should be taught to practice better discretion and judgement when railroading innocent, well intentioned people, while STEALING from unsuspecting guests AND Essentially Charity Contributors. I am now ashamed to call myself a Wisconsinite, due only to unthankful and irresponsible usage and displays of authority, by individuals who behave thoughtlessly; concerned ONLY about themselves and their CAREERS. I understand it was asked if Trooper Brandau was always this zealous, as a more reasonable, Trooper was about to answer, that Officer was hushed and not allowed to answer a citizens/guests question.
What do you think WISCONSIN? I know what I think, and I am going to find what WTMJ 4, WISN Channel 12 and every other NEWS outlet in Wisconsin thinks of this issue. In Fact that is a minimum, this retelling will be blogged and advertised on as many sites as I can find. Why? Believe me it is not because I want the attention! Simply put, NO ONE should have to deal with such atrocious social interaction, attitudes of abysmal or dismal disregard at the hands of ANYONE, no matter their position in society, in or out of Law Enforcement, civil service, or WhatEver. It is my hope, the State will do what's RIGHT and JUST by, Liz and The Wheels 4 Chad/5Fs Festivus Productions Team.
