The Social Correctness of Occupational Incompetence
Let it be completely clear, to all concerned, as the Author of such an explosive piece of information the only reason words will be minced and due respect given, is solely due to the fact that that I have no desire to bring anymore harm to the affected parties!!
How can local government agencies and personnel continue to feel good about themselves? Why do we allow civil servants and law enforcement personnel to operate at levels of neglect and oversight, while our children remain in harms way? What factors need to be identified, and addressed in order to rid this City of the cancer's being proliferated throughout Sheboygan's reputation? Why is the American Judiciary systems at ALL levels allowed to turn a blind eye to JUSTICE, while criminals of the vilest ILK are allowed to do as they wish with out even being investigated?
It seems Sheboygan is more willing to enforce twenty year old misdemeanors in order raise money to continue funding failure, than it is to protect ALL of its children. You have to wonder if when, Hilary Rodham Clinton said "It takes a village to raise a child.", was she including the monsters that prey on innocent children. When is this city going to take seriously the time proven proverb...."All it takes for evil to prosper is for good men to do NOTHING!!" The unfortunate fact is its far cheaper to find someone guilty than it is to find that guilty SOMEONE!! When the local gestapo( and that doesn't just include the police) would rather hold onto the right to imprison the innocent, than capture and persecute the offenders something is dreadfully, possibly incorrectably broken.
Anger at injustice is felt by all unless, apparently, you happen to work for the City of Sheboygan's self-serving legal and child protective services departments (this would include, overseers of the entire welfare division). Having the ability to pin a crime on a minor without fully investigating the situation is wrong. If its done at the expense, and to the detriment of all lives concerned, it becomes a malignant cancer of evil. One that's perpetrated by everyone willing to turn a blind eye to other pertinent factors, willfully and wrongly overlooked. Why should retribution surprise anyone involved in that situation?
The blatant disregard for the right to happiness is directly trampled on, when NO means of justice is made available to the financially depressed. Our legal system is supposed to be accessible to everyone under its jurisdiction, but it seems startlingly true that unless your a woman in need of assistance, equitable treatment under the law escapes a father trying to aid a troubled child. Despair, depression, anger and rage are the results of feeling abandoned by a system that is supposed to help everyone, WITHOUT PREJUDICE !!
The call needs to go out for a full investigation into the neglect going on in the Social Services department at all levels within this city. What are the facts, and how do they draw conclusions as to who is the source of the offenses in question? Remanding fifteen boys to an environment conducive to further abuses while neglecting the possibility of that child not being the source of perpetration, in spite of a father overwhelming suspicions, should be considered equally criminal in nature.
How much longer will these perversion's of justice continue within Sheboygan, before someone pays attention. This cities reputation is being tainted by the same people standing on our necks. It would be a terrible shame to have to call Sheboygan "The Unclean Spirit on the Lake" . A far more vital and precious resource is much more polluted than the lakes edge we rest on. The very essence of Sheboygan's Moral fiber is in a serious state of decomposition. Drastic action needs to be taken NOW, in order to prevent further decay.
Let us hope our local leadership will reconsider it's errant position on a fathers un-investigated, but well founded suspicions, and the real criminals in this very sensitive case will be held responsible for their actions.
